Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return and replace the item/ issue a refund. Please email a picture of the damaged/ incorrect item to info@tinykitchencandleco.com. In cases where we request an item be returned to us, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
